Refund and Return Policy
Please check and count your order carefully upon receipt. Email us within 10 days if there are any shortages or problems with the order. If there is any damage to the order that occurred during shipping, you must save the outer shipping box, since we will need to file a claim with U.P.S. and they will pick up the order in the original packaging. All shipments are insured for damage unless you dispose of the original box with the tracking number on it. Do not ship any items back to our store as we do not do any printing here and we will not be responsible for it. And the package will be refused and forwarded back to you. Please contact us if you have any questions if you are not home when your package is delivered, the package will be returned to the printer by U.P.S. or the appropriate delivery service after 3 delivery attempts. You will be responsible for the shipping costs roundtrip and you must call us to arrange for the package to be sent out again. We will not issue any refunds on any order that is returned for this reason.
International orders: Please check with your local customs office before ordering to inquire about the customs fees, tax or brokerage fees that may be charged to transport your order over the border and deliver it to you. Many of the printers we use must claim the full retail value on the package (and not the discounted amount we have charged you) due to the insurance on the package. This will result in a higher fee if your country charges you these fees. Some countries do not, but Canadian orders tend to have pretty high customs or brokerage fees. We do not make any profit on these charges and we have no way of knowing how much you might be charged. The wholesale printing companies we use print and ship the orders for us so we are never advised of these international fees. We will not issue a refund on any orders if the customer does not want to pay the customs fees, tax or brokerage fee and we will not pay the shipping charge to send the package back to you. We make a very minimal profit on these online orders and we cannot to pay for this or take a loss on a refused or returned order.
If a printing error was made by us or the printer, we will quickly have the order reprinted and shipped at no charge. If a customer error gets printed, we will work with you to reprint the item at our wholesale cost, plus shipping. Custom printed items are not returnable.
Please proofread your order carefully and print a copy for your records. We do our best to look over each order before submitting it for printing, but we cannot guarantee that we will catch all customer errors. If you are unsure about the style or quality of a particular invitation, please order a sample first. We cannot refund orders if you are not pleased with the cardstock. If you are uncertain as to how to order a sample please email us for more information. Sorry, but we do not have any mail order catalogs to send out.
